GENERAL CONDITIONS
All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Organica Skin Care.
Organica Skin Care guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older & signed for on delivery. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you. You must arrange for a parent to purchase your products & sign for them.
PAYMENT
Any major credit card or debit card except American Express can be used to make payment for goods ordered.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Organica Skin care shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.
DELIVERY METHODS IN AUSTRALIA
In general orders placed in the morning are despatched on the day they are received, and the following day for those received in the afternoon; however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow one week for delivery.
Our orders are sent & need to be signed-for on delivery unless you give us special instructions to leave the goods without them being signed for. Where such a request is made, Organica Skin care cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery.
Delivery charges in Australia will be charged as seen on website on shopping cart as you purchase goods. Depending on how many products you purchase.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Organica Skin Care will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in an un useable way. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.
We won’t refund your purchase if you just changed your mind. If you ordered the wrong product & there is nothing wrong with them but want to swope them over for other products more suitable we will do that for you, but you will need to pay for the returned goods & resending costs. Please read carefully the description of the products. If something is wrong with the product, once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for the cost of your products purchased we will be refunded to your credit/debit card you purchased with. Also recommended to take a photo for proof damage to the goods so we can claim from shipping company helps.
We will require the card details again as we don’t keep card details & the refund will need to go back on the same card. We will need to contact you for these details again, unless your happy to send details with goods or phone us ph 0754713777
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Organica Skin care. Please note: we do not refund any shipping charges paid.

RETURN OF GOODS
Organic Skin care will refund or replace any products if:
- They were purchased direct from us within the last 10 days.
2. They are returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and in resaleable condition.
3. They are returned with the original receipt
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Organic Skin care. Please note: we do not refund any shipping charges paid.
